Eye Art Studio Terms of Use - by booking an appointment with Eye Art Studio, the client acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions set out below.
Client's privacy is of utmost importance to us. Although we do need to gather your private details such as legal name, contact details and health or medical history, these details are simply used for no other purposes besides record keeping and to ensure that the Cosmetic Tattoo treatment administered is safe and suitable for you.
Our gallery of before and after Cosmetic Tattoo photos is compiled with client's consent only. We will never share your photo (unless cropped) without your prior agreement.
Cosmetic Tattoo results, as with Cosmetic Surgeries and other Beauty related services, are subject to personal views and other factors such as skin, lifestyle, sun exposure, medication, skincare products and even hormones.
As such, results will vary between clients. Eye Art Studio will always take great care in assessing each client's individual case, and offer only the cosmetic tattoo solution we deem most suitable for the client.
Whilst every care and thought is taken, results will vary for individual clients. A thorough consultation session is always given at the beginning of each client's treatment to explain essential information and to answer any question a client may have.
For any new, full price Cosmetic Tattoo service such as eyebrow tattoo (including microblading/feathering), lip tattoo or eyeliner tattoo, a complimentary touchup session is included. In the rare cases where the client's skin and personal circumstances require additional touchup sessions, additional fee incurs and will be advised at the time of booking.

Pigment retention, also known as color retention, will vary with each individual client due to a number of factors as above stated. A microblading treatment may last up to 2.5 years on one client, and just 6 months on another. The majority of our clients return for their annual eyebrow tattoo refresher around the 1 to 1.5 years mark, while powdered style eyebrow tattoo clients tend to return a little later.
Eyebrow tattoo (including microblading/feathering), lip tattoo and eyeliner tattoo treatments are a 2 step procedure: the first one is the initial treatment, followed by a complimentary touch-up session. Our full price covers the complimentary touch up session.
The touch up session must be booked and attended by the client at the 6-8 weeks mark - post the initial treatment - unless agreed otherwise by Eye Art Studio. Should a client not book their touch up session within the specific time, additional fee may be required.
In the rare cases where the client's skin and personal circumstances require additional touchup sessions, addition fee incurs.
By receiving a cosmetic tattoo treatment with Eye Art Studio, you agree that we are allowed to capture before and after photos of your procedure, first, for record keeping purposes, and secondly, for our portfolio.
Although as a courtesy, we will most often crop the photos if privacy is of importance to our individual clients. We do not, and will not use PhotoShop to edit our photos, unless it is for lighting or skin improvement for clarity purposes.
At the start of your treatment, Eye Art Studio will ask you a set of questions pertaining your health and medical history, to determine that cosmetic tattooing is suitable for you.
Eye Art Studio will not provide treatment to pregnant or breastfeeding clients under any circumstances.
Eye Art Studio reserves the rights to deny services to clients at our discretion, some of the reasons why we may not be able to provide a service to a client may include:
Eye Art Studio reserves the rights to terminate our services to a client at our sole discretion, should we determine that a client's request does not align with our standard of work and style, if we feel a service is not suitable or of value add to a client, or if our staff members are not treated with common courtesy and respect.
Should a termination of services occurs on the extremely rare occasions (as we love our clients and they love us), all fees paid for services rendered will not be refundable partially or in full.
Eye Art Studio does not offer refund for booking fees and fees paid on services rendered. While every attempt is made to ensure that a client leaves our space happy and empowered, please keep in mind that cosmetic treatments are of experimental and objective nature and are not exact science. Therefore, Eye Art Studio make no implied or written guarantee in the end results, as results will vary based on the client's individual features, skin type, aftercare, personal health and medical conditions.

Please note the following terms and conditions regarding our booking fees, which are implemented in order to allow the studio and Artists to best service each and every client in the high standards that we uphold. When making a Booking with Eye Art Studio, a booking fee is required at the time of booking. The booking fee is between $50-$100 for minor treatments, and 50% for the major treatments (cosmetic tattoo services). The booking fee is credited towards your balance on treatment day.
For example, if the booked cosmetic tattoo treatment is $1200, the booking fee is $600, leaving a balance of $600 on treatment day. The booking fee allows the studio and Artists to commit to a sizeable amount of time for your visit and treatment.
Please note that booking fee is non-refundable or transferrable for a service of lesser value, nor can be it transferred to another client. It can only be transferred one time to a service of equal or higher value with a minimum of 48 hour notice.
Only one reschedule (with a minimum notice of 48 hours requirement) is permitted per booking fee/booking. Rescheduling an appointment more than once, or within 48 hour will forfeit the booking fee. A new booking fee will be required if a client reschedules more than once.

Cancellation of a booked appointment at any time will void any booking fee/s paid. Booking fees for cancelled appointments cannot be transferred to another service or client.

Eye Art Studio Payment Plan for cosmetic tattoo services can be used for our eyebrow tattoo, eyeliner tattoo or full eyebrow tattoo removal package. They can be broken into 3 easy, affordable payments. An example of a $650 treatment can be broken into the following payment plan: $200 (At Booking), $300 (At Treatment), and $1500 (At Touch Up).
Eye Art Studio offers ZipPay for all our cosmetic tattoo services, where you can select a service, elect to pay with ZipPay which allows you to pay in three small lumpsums after your treatment, making cosmetic tattoo affordable and less stressful on the budget.
